Always pay attention to detail and make you feel relaxed before explaining procedure.....

Constantly cancelling appointments to take private appointments over NHS. Its taken 9 months for me to get my kids in for a checkup, and that still might not happen! Cancelled my wifes appointment at the start of lockdown, then said they would also honor the appointment and booked her in for December last year, that was also cancelled and pushed to February. Again that was cancelled! Now they are telling me its been too long since her last appointment when every cancellation has been because of them. The dentists do a good job, but the entire company policy and ownership of its issues is completely appauling.

Sadly despite relatively good service prior to now I have queried why my children have not had their reminders for their check ups only to be told that the practise is currently not taking appointments till April for check ups as they are 2 nhs dentists down and only have the 1. Would have been a good idea to let patients know and be given a choice.

My dentist is Jacob, he works at the practice on Liverpool Rd. It’s fair to say I’ve loathed every dental appointment in my life before starting my last course of treatment. This time it was actually a pleasant experience and I am extremely grateful to Jacob and his team’s abilities, professionalism and empathetic approach. Would recommend to anyone.

Recently had a check up at this Dentist. The staff on reception were excellent in liaising with me after I was placed on the cancellations listed and needed a specific date due to work commitments, the team were so friendly and helpful and called me as soon as an appointment became available. I also wanted to comment on how fantastic the new dentist, Jacob, was. He made me feel completely at ease, was really reassuring and provided through advice.

As I said before, no one looks forward to a dentist visit but my second visit for a full repair of my broken front tooth was excellent. A no fuss welcome and what can only be described as a faultless service. Dr. Awaz produced an amazing result and I cannot see the join! Even though she warned of a painful injection it did not happen. Brilliant service and I would recommend to anyone .

I've been coming here for years and always found the service impeccable. I've had two emergencies and been seen too very quickly on both occassions. I've seen the same dentist, Ahmed, for a long time and I'm very comfortable with his expert manner and good advise. Very professional practice.

I highly recommend this practice. After an awful experience at my previous surgery I’m now very anxious about going to the dentist, I also have severe breathing problems and suffer acute anxiety as a result. Not a good combination. I am always treated with consideration and at no time do I feel rushed or under pressure. The treatment I’ve had from either dentist I have seen has been faultless, the support team are also helpful and considerate. Excellent.

Absolutely lovely. All the staff are so nice, service with a smile! Really helpful, too. First appointment was so thorough and even got a really good clean! And just had an extraction - it was a painless experience and having had quite a few teeth out, this was the best experience I have had. Barely felt the local go in (normally this really stings), it was quick and my tongue isn’t numb afterwards! Overall a really positive experience - thanks so much!!

I’ve been coming here for years and won’t be going anywhere else. I’ve been really scared of dentists in the past and would only go when I had a problem but Mr Mahdi is great and put me at ease and I’ve been going regularly for check ups now for years without the fear I used to have. I’ve always found the reception staff to be polite and helpful and I recently had toothache. They got me an appointment the next day and when the pain didn’t settle overnight, I called in the morning and they got me another emergency appointment that morning. I couldn’t ask for more.
