Got a quote from Andy in Aug 2021 work to commence March 2022, which I accepted. Heard nothing from them until I rang in mid-February to check the situation. He said they were behind due to this that and the other (given the Covid pandemic I understood initially). However, this turned out to be what he always said every-time I rang (they didn’t bother contacting me with updates etc), until I apparently asked one question too many when I asked where I was in the ‘queue’? He wasn’t pleased and told me in no uncertain terms they’d got plenty of work the sub-text being ‘find someone else’. Clearly they can afford to cherry pick the work, dropping less favourable customers by the wayside as they go. Why? Because they can? In my case A&B wasted six months of my valuable time when I could have been looking for a firm that demonstrates all the qualities that A&B don’t have, integrity being one of them. So, would I recommend A&B? Absolutely NOT. Have I missed out - Definitely NOT.
