The worst dentist ever. My kids appointment got cancelled 5 times. They haven't been able to see a dentist since December 2022 but if you need a private treatment that always available.

Management is terrible now its gone really downhill. Management deal with issues by lying and bullying. No compassion, its all about the money now. I'm switching dentists.

I received great treatment from Becky. Becky made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the hygiene procedure.

Just finished my straightening treatment with Claudia at this practice and can’t speak highly enough of her. It wasn’t a straight forward process and with a few lockdowns thrown in, it ended up being a much longer treatment plan than initially thought, but Claudia always went out her way to keep in contact with me (even when she was on maternity leave!!) and get me in for appointments as soon as she could. Overall I’m so happy with my end result, it’s given me so much confidence and I highly recommend the practice as a whole (this is also where I get my regular nhs check ups too). Every person I’ve come across here has been absolutely lovely and just make the whole process of having dental treatment much easier. Really looking forward to seeing my before & after pictures!!

No appointments in this dentist,!!! yesterday I took my kids for their regular check, I also wanted my own dental check , because I had not been since before COVID tme. The receptionist said they dont have appointments for NHS ptatients, I said I am happy to wait even 6 or 12 months, but they refused to give me any. they gave me private check information leaflet instead. Sitting in the waiting room, watching their MyDentist screen you only see their ads for their private service. I had a feeling that they use the centre to attract NHS patients to their private work I only give 2 stars because the dentist herself was nice and I have my kid's check up there.

Good luck getting an appointment that THEY will keep. Called December for an appointment, one was made for January. That was cancelled and each subsequent appointment had also been cancelled "due to unforeseen circumstances." apparently it's because dentists keep leaving. Had an appointment for May, received letter saying this also has been cancelled "due to unforseen circumstances" ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!

This is a brilliant practice. Everyone is so helpful. The Reception staff, the hygienist, dental nurses , dentist and implant specialist. My teeth are my Achilles Heel and this practice has been so caring and helpful . So grateful.

After not going to the dentist for many years because of total fear, I saw the dentist Emma today and she was totally amazing, so was the dental nurse who was in with us. I was totally put at ease, I returned this afternoon to have a tooth removed and once again Emma was fantastic. Louise on reception is so friendly and welcoming..I would highlyrecommend this practice ... thanks everyone

Both my wife and myself had an appointment straight after each other. We were kept waiting quite a while past our appointment times.Everything seemed fine at the start and to be honest it was quite stressful for me while I was receiving treatment and it did appear to me both the dentist and the nurse were unaware and unsympathetic. I also feel that the treatment I received is a routine procedure but very unique to every patient. The reason I say this is because I thought the nurse was really heavy handed with her job with the suction tool in my mouth and the dentist I think should have asked me about my sensitive areas in my mouth as the rescaling water jet was really painful. This was causing me a great deal of distress and was absolutely glad when the treatment was over.
